8 inch tall figurine of an instantly recognizable but rarely encountered D&D monster.
Choose among several arm poses during construction.

Rogue: *Taps a jagged wall with a small hammer* I’m telling you, the acoustics here are promising. Hollow. There’s a geode behind here, I can smell it.
Fighter: You can’t smell rocks.
Rogue: Actually, the subterranean ecology suggests... wait.
The "wall" suddenly shifts. Three rocky legs punch out of the stone, followed by a barrel-shaped body made of pebbled hide. A massive mouth opens on the very top of its head, and three eyes rotate independently to fixate on the rogue.
Rogue: Uh... nice rock?
Fighter: *Draws his greatsword.*
Rogue: Stop! Don’t attack! It’s a Xorn!
Fighter: It’s a what? It looks like a boulder with a teething problem!
Rogue: It’s an elemental scavenger! It senses precious gems nearby, meaning that I was right about ...
The Xorn lets out a low, grinding growl—like two millstones rubbing together—and one of its massive stone arms reaches specifically for the rogue's pack.
Rogue: Fine, fine. *Feeds it some gems.* But, if we find a pickaxe later, I'm coming back for a refund.
